There are no words that can express our sorrow for your loss. We have been remembering the many times we spent with your family, both at home and in Ashland, the truck pulls, and just seeing each other in town. One of our fond memories of Dale involved the moving a camp of ours from Pleasant Ridge to Pleasant Pond and then across the ice to our lot, back in the late 70"s. We needed someone with the ingenuity and equipment to do it-and do it he did- just as he promised. Nobody else has done it. We will never forget that and the fun we all had. I will miss often seeing him and cousin DeeDee at Williams Store, with a trailer of wood, on a delivery, together as always.
Very sad to hear of his passing. Our sincere condolences to cousin DeeDee and all of the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.

So sorry to read of Dale's passing. He was one of the old time loggers who remembered the glory days of logging, the log drives and all the old stories of logging told. I am sure he shared those memories with his children and grand children. He lived a very full life doing all the things he loved.
