Kevin A. Judkins, 31, of Solon, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at his home in Solon.

Kevin was born in Augusta, October 30, 1986, a son of Robert and Jacquelyn (Johnson) Judkins. He graduated from Maranacook Community School in 2005 where he played on the Tennis Team and in the Concert and Jazz bands. He participated in a youth bowling league for many years. Following graduation, he took classes at the University of Maine Orono.

He was a machine operator at Northeast Doran in Skowhegan and the founder of a fledgling investment and holding company. He enjoyed working with wood and making furniture; he was an accomplished musician, playing the piano, sax, and the guitar. Kevin was a hard worker and would always lend a hand when asked to help. Kevin liked to go kayaking, fishing, and being outdoors in nature. He was kind and caring, a gentle soul.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Bob and Jackie Judkins of Mount Vernon, his brother, Chris Judkins and his wife, Danielle of Skowhegan, his sister Karen Judkins of Lincoln, Nebraska, his niece Cassity Clara Judkins and nephew Titus Judkins. He is also survived by Lester and Oscar Judkins, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church, 321 Pond Road, Mt. Vernon. Friends and family are invited to attend a gathering with refreshments downstairs immediately following the service.
