Philip G. Leslie

Philip G. Leslie, 87, of Madison , formerly of Whitman, Massachusetts, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Somerset Residential in Bingham.

He was born on May 22, 1930 in Rockland, Massachusetts, he lived in Whitman, Massachusetts and worked at General Dynamics Shipyard in Quincy. Later he owned and operated his own construction company in Whitman.

His hobbies included , hunting, fishing and wood working. He was a dedicated family man with a devoted passion to his faith as a Jehovah Witness.

Philip is survived by his daughter Robin Leslie of Montana, daughter Lisa Giroux and her husband Bob, daughter Mailee Dore and her husband Aaron, son Marc Leslie and his wife Mary, his brother Vernon Leslie and his wife Kathy of Florida, sister Betty Ann of Florida, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by hiss wife Margaret Leslie, brother Robert Leslie, brother Earl Leslie, sister Isabel Leslie, brother in law Ernest Churchill, sister in law Orra Cassidy.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Route 201 Madison, Maine.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Hospice and the staff at Somerset Residential. Lisa and Joe-Joe are two that made his stay there comfortable, with love and care.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Giberson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Madison.
