Eleanor G. Doyon, 88, of Nashua , New Hampshire and formerly of Jackman, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at her daughter's home in Nashua.

Eleanor was born in Jackman on March 23, 1929, a daughter of Prosper and Rosie (Rancourt) Turmel. She attended St. Anthony's Catholic School and was a communicant of St. Anthony's Catholic Church.

She married Francis Doyon on May 5, 1947 and they made their home in Jackman.

Eleanor was predeceased by both parents, her husband Francis Doyon, her son David Doyon, and her brothers Leon Turmel, Franklin Turmel and Helon Turmel .

She is survived by her daughter Debbie Bourque and her husband Dan. Her Grandsons Brian Bourque and his wife N.J. of Los Angeles, CA and Bruce Bourque and his Korissa of Manchester, NH. Her Great-grandchildren Mia and Isabella. Her brother Ivon Turmel of Rockwood and his wife Gail and her sister Julie Laweryson of Augusta as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, February 08, 2018 from 4:00-7:00pm at St. Faustina Catholic Church In Jackman. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Faustina Catholic Church in Jackman on Friday, February 09, 2018 at 11am. A Graveside Service will be held in St. Anthony's Cemetery in the spring, date and time to be announced.
