Joseph E.P. Bearor, 78 of Madison, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 16, 2017 at Cedar Ridge Center in Skowhegan, surrounded by his family.

Joseph was born on March 23, 1939 in Madison, a son of Antonio and Margaret (Brooks) Bearor.

He is a graduate of Madison High School. After high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force.

He enjoyed fly fishing, tying flies, going camping, basketball, and playing cribbage. He was also a very social person, as he enjoyed visiting and spending time with his friends and family. He will be best remembered as a good father, grand father and friend.

Joseph was predeceased by both of his parents as well as his sisters, Mary Helen and Theresa and his brothers, Gerald and Norman.

He is survived by his three children, Tabetha Haberberger and her husband Fred, Antonio Bearor and his wife Therese and Joseph Tyler Bearor. His grandchildren, Kaleb, Kylee, Jeffrey and Jarrett. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends including "The Breakfast Club"

The family would like to thank the staff at Cedar Ridge and Beacon Hospice for their care, comfort and compassion for Joseph, and a special thank you to Therese.
