Lincoln R. Stevens, Anson
Lincoln R. Stevens, 68, of Anson passed away at home on January 14, 2019.
He was born on June 27, 1950 in Farmington to Lester and Christine Stevens.
Linc worked his entire life in the power line construction business. He worked for numerous companies through out New England. For the past 25 years he owned and operated Linc s Power Line Construction and recently retired due to ill health. Linc was a talented musician and played guitar in the original Borderline Express band. He enjoyed summers in Boothbay with Kathy on his boat After Hours....making wonderful friends and memories. We will miss Linc, his wonderful dry sense of humor and unique smile. He was a kind man and had a soft spot for many including his little dog Mable.
Linc is survived by his wife Kathryn of Anson, son Todd Stevens of North New Portland, daughter Alycia Stevens and fiance Jeff York of New Sharon, stepsons Jeff Moody of Anson and Jared Moody (Angela) of Madison, brother Bob Stevens and companion Ellen Hiscock of East Dixfield, sisters Brenda White (Clifford) of Vienna, Becky Starnes of Chesterville and Lois Bogue of Connecticut. Linc is also survived by his grandchildren Paige, Hunter and Logan Stevens, Larz Moody and RJ Briscoe IV. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends. Linc was predeceased by his parents and brother in law Ken.
A service will be held on Saturday Jan 19, 2019 at 1 PM at Giberson Funeral Home 40 Maple Street Madison Maine
