Phyllis Berry Vincent

Phyllis H. (Berry) Vincent, 81, of North Anson, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Redington Fairview Hospital in Skowhegan.

Phyllis was born on April 23, 1936 in Embden , a daughter of Virgil and Lillian (Waugh) Hilton. She was educated in the local schools.

She loved flowers, birds and her beloved cats. Phyllis raised nine children and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother , which she was very proud to be.

Phyllis was predeceased by two sons, Jimmy and Phillip Berry, her former husband, Murray Berry, a grandson Michael Berry a brother, Ted Hilton and her sister Jean Dickey.

She is survived by her husband, Maurice Vincent, seven children, Susan Veinott, Katherine Merrill, Thomas Berry, Leann Veinott, Sean Berry, Frank Berry and Christopher Berry. She is also survived by a brother Leon Hilton a special aunt, Carolyn Waugh, 23 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She will be buried in Pierce Hill Cemetery in the Spring, next to her sons. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Giberson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Madison.
