Clarence Asselin

Asselin, Clarence J. Passed away at home surrounded by family. Clarence was born to Leo and Marjorie (Baker) Asselin on June 19, 1935 in Strong, ME. He attended schools in Strong and Phillips. He joined the Airforce in 1952. He was honorably discharged in 1956. Clarence had many jobs, truck driver, heavy equipment operator, snow plow driver, and in the woods and even wrestled. He managed service stations, started a cab company in his later years. He was married twice before marrying the love of his life Linda Rackliff on 2/14/1975 and remarried 7/2/2022. He was pre-deceased by two infant sons, brothers Walter, Dale, Loren, and parents. Survived by his loving wife, Linda, their Children: Mercy Smith (Rick), Frank Robinson (Dee), Richard (Stacey), and Stephane Asselin (Greg). Sons from previous marriage Michael, and Butch. Grand children: Christy, Jason, Kelly, Amber, Rachel, Edwin, James, Amanda, Allen, Tennika, Cola, and Patience, Vinnie, Colby, Logan. Several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Sisters Sharon, Clara, and Merrill. His companion Jazzy. Interment will be at a later date.
