Elsie Crawford Riggs 99, of Winslow, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Ross Manner in Bangor.

Else was born on May 17, 1925 in Jackman, a daughter of the late Alfred and Jesse (Forgue) Quirion.

She was educated in the local school system and was the Town Manager of Jackman for many years.

Elsie was predeceased by both parents as well as Pete Crawford.

She is survived by her husband Rex Riggs her daughters, Bonnie Jean Crawford and Linda Marshall and husband Randy.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Faustina Catholic Church in the Spring. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery.
