Janice Olivia Ricker, 80, of Madison, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 19, 2022.

Janice was born in Anson, Maine on July 4, 1941 the daughter of Oscar and Althea Fenlason. She attended local schools and graduated from Anson Academy Class of 1959 and then went on to attend IBM in Portland Maine.

Janice worked for Harris Bakery in Waterville, Maine as well as part time at Kniffin‘s Meat Market in North Anson but she will be best remembered as a loving wife ,mother and grandmother.

She married her former classmate Duane Ricker on January 7, 1961. She enjoyed crocheting playing cards and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years Duane Ricker of Madison, her two sons Michael Ricker and his wife Shelly of North Anson and Scott Ricker of Sheridan Wyoming, by one daughter, Susan Cleaves of Bonita Springs and her partner Rick Libby. Also by her grandchildren, Josh Cleaves and his partner Jen Richardson of Buxton, Dylan Ricker and his partner Ashley Burrill of Sheridan, Wyoming, Jacob Ricker and his partner Kylie and their son Preston of Ranchester, Wyoming , Seth Ricker and his partner Makayla Wyman their son Grayson of Embden, Lakota Ricker of Sheridan Wyoming, Cree Ricker of Sheridan, Wyoming and her brother Ronald Fenlason and his wife Gail as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private family burial will be held at a later date.
