Joseph W. Wooster, 48, of Solon, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, September 1, 2018 .
Joseph was born on July 24, 1970 in Skowhegan, a son of Joseph and Jean (Quimby) Wooster. He was educated in the local schools and graduated with honors from Carrabec High School.
He was employed for many years as a plumber with his uncle Wally and Kevin Lacroix, later he worked closely with Robert Alton, helping with his many ongoing projects.
Joseph was kind and loving person who had a big heart, he had many close friends and everyone loved him. He was an avid New York Yankee's fan, his passion was collection of Yankee's Baseball cards .
He was predeceased by both sets of grandparents.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Jean Wooster and her partner Robert Alton of Solon, his father, Joseph Wooster and his wife Elizabeth of Winterport, his siblings, Fred Wooster of Skowhegan, Jim Wooster and his wife Kirsten of North Anson, Andrew Wooster of Levant, Timothy Breen and his wife Alexis of Stetson, Jasmin Breen of Winterport and Chloe Wooster also of Winterport. He is also survived by special friends Rose and Mike Reid, as well as his aunt Jane and uncles, Johnny, Gerald and Jimmy Quimby along with many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM in Giberson Funeral Home, Madison. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Solon with a pot luck reception at the Solon Fire Department in Solon.
