Moscow and Eastport- Philip W Washburn Jr, 64, sadly passed away at his home on June 7, 2023 after long courageous battle with COPD. He was the son of Beverly and Philip Washburn Sr.
Philip enjoyed fishing, watching Nascar and Wrestling on t.v, He loved being outdoors and loved his friends and family with all his heart.
Philip is predeceased by his parents Beverly and Philip Washburn Sr. Two sisters Tammy Washburn and Becky Washburn and one brother Earl Washburn.
He is survived by his children Chelsea Washburn and her three children Maya, Noah and Caleb, Joel Washburn, Philip Washburn III and his daughter Kira and Cindi Darling and her two daughters Astrid and Bella. His brother Scott Washburn, sisters Brenda Washburn and Mary and Kelly. Also several more grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by his live in companion of many years Gayle Cisco who cared for him threw his battle. Also Mary Woodbury who he spent 17 years with and is the mother of three of his children.
Many thanks to the nurses who also cared for Philip threw his long battle with COPD all the way to the end.
A celebration of life will be set at a later date.
