Phyllis D Manter,93, of Moscow passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Redington Fairview General Hospital in Skowhegan.

She was born in Farmington, Maine on August 31, 1925 to Forrest Taylor and Doris (Merchant) Taylor. She married the love of her life Edward Mantor together they raised a son Colby Mantor and two beautiful daughters Doris Viles and Ann Ingersall. They made their life together in the Bingham area because they loved the peace and closeness of small town living.

Phyllis was a loving, caring and genuinely good person her family could always lean on. Her loss will be very hard for her family as she was the family Monarch.
