Priscilla M Burton ,98, passed away on November 4th at Glenridge Long Care and Rehabilitation in Augusta, Maine.

Priscilla as born in Anson, Maine on September 2nd , 1920. The daughter of William and Valorie (Fortin) Savoy. Priscilla graduated from Madison High School and went on to receive her RN degree from Sisters Hospital in Waterville. She worked at both the Sisters Hospital as well as The VA Hospital in Augusta

Following her marriage to Lester Burton, they settled in Winthrop, which was their home for many years. Both she and her husband were avid golfers and members of the Augusta Country Club.

After the death of her husband in 2004, Priscilla moved to Granite Hills Estates in Hallowell, where she lived for thirteen years. She had a very enjoyable time there, made many dear friends and received wonderful care from the staff.

Priscilla was pre-deceased by two sisters (Jeanette Savoy Burton) and (Lillian Savoy Luce) as well as a brother Robert Savoy.

She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are being provided by The Giberson Funeral Home in Madison.

A graveside service will be held later in the Spring at the St. Sebastian Cemetery in Madison
