On September 27, 2021 Tamara Raye, loving and caring Mother, Sister, friend and Aunt passed away unexpectedly in her home that she loved on a beautiful sunny day.

Tammy as everyone knew her by was Born March 5th 1962 to Bruce and Wilma Rolfe in Dexter Maine. Tammy attended Dexter High school and had many close friends that she adored. Tammy met the love of her life Scott Raye when she was a senior in High school and later married him on October 4th 1998. They set down roots in Cambridge Maine where they raised their 2 children Rachael and Rusty. Tammy and Scott were inseparable and both worked at Guilford school together. Both loving the outdoors you could always find them hunting, fishing and camping wherever they decided to go both always up for an adventure. Tammy loved to cook and had an infectious personality and a laugh that could shake the walls. You always knew when Tammy was around and you certainly would be in for many laughs with her. She loved her family deeply and would do anything she could to help out anyone that she could. Tammy lost her lifelong love Scott Raye of 20 years on August 20th 2018 and her life would never be the same after. She was pre deceased by her loving parents Wilma and Bruce Rolfe of Dexter and her oldest Brother Ralph Rolfe. She is survived by her loving Daughter Rachael Raye and son Rusty Raye of Cambridge, Sister Susan Fletcher and husband Dick of Dunnellon Florida, Sister Julie Smith and Husband Wayne of Dexter Maine, Sister Deborah Hartley and Husband Robert of Dexter Maine, Sister Glenda Roberts of Swanville Maine, and Brother Bill Rolfe of Dexter Maine along with many nieces and nephews that loved “ Aunt Tammy”. A celebration of Life will be held October 8th at Giberson Funeral home located at 40 Maple Street Madison Maine 04950. Visiting hours will be from 12:00-2:00 with full funeral service to directly follow starting at 2:00.
