Yvonne Mary Ann Comeau Lessard 87, of Madison, passed away on May 7,2026 at Maplecrest Living Center in Madison.

Yvonne was born on December 24, 1938 in Madison, the eleventh child of Adolphe and Apolline (Allain) Comeau. She attended the Madison schools.

She worked at Solon Manufacturing as well as Norwalk Shoe for many years.

Yvonne married Ernest Lessard on May 13, 1989 they were married for six months before he sadly passed away.

She was predeceased by both parents, brothers Alyre,Dan,Ted and Alfred, sisters, Florida Comeau, Lorrenza Boone, Viola Palmer, Alma Bagley, Pauline Dore and Joanne Kennedy.

Yvonne is survived by two sisters, Alice Breingan and Donna Bouchard as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on June 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM in St. Sebastian Catholic Church in Madison. Burial will follow in St. Sebastian Cemetery.
