Billi-Jo M. Goodwin
Operations/Office Manager
Billi-Jo is the Operations/Office Manager for our locations in Madison & Bingham, Maine. She will ensure that every I is dotted and every T is crossed to ensure a smooth process. She has always gone the extra mile for our families and she truly cares about them and tries to ease their minds as much as she can by making sure all details are handled with care, respect and dignity.
Billi-Jo went to Kennabec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine where she tracked Nursing with a minor in Psychology. Helping people has always been second nature for her.
In January of 2015 Billi-Jo's Grandfather passed away that December her Grandmother also passed. She had taken care of them both so that they were able to pass away at home. Before her grandmother died she promised her that she would do her hair and make up for her funeral service. This made her grandmother happy and put her mind at ease. On December 24, 2015, Christmas Eve, that is exactly what she did. That night she decided she had found her calling in life. She has been heard saying that she feels as though getting into this industry was the last gift her grandmother was able to give her. She understands loss and how it can effect a person. She is always willing to help in anyway that she can.
